Shipping and Delivery Policy

Morningstarheandshe(MSHS) is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC–

  1. Shipping within India is Rs 120* irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. Shipping is free on purchases above Rs 5000.
  3. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST as per norms .
  4. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at contactus@morningstarheandshe.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL–

We use DHL for our international orders and we charge Rs.2500* per order irrespective of the items bought.

International shipping Charges (For Handicrafts items) are calculated based on the volumetric weight, actual weight, and destination. Contact us (at morningstarcrafts80@gmail.com, or call +91-8851483646 ) for an approximate estimation before placing an order.It is charged at actuals as per the shipping partner’s quote.
 

Payments can be done by Credit and Debit card/ paypal .

Note: Every international order ( if it is a Hand painted sarees/ silk sarees/others saree) are given a complimentary finish with fall & hemming. Also we can stitch blouse as per client’s concern,then the client has to provide us measurement ,then mail drop at morningstarcrafts80@gmail.com, or call +91-8851483646 ;Subject: Attn: purchase order No, Blouse ‘s measurement then extra charges will be applicable. So kindly give us at least a week’s time for your product to be dispatched.

*Charges may varies Depending upon the size and weight of the items.
